Feature Request: SMS Messaging Support for Non-WhatsApp Users

Description: Add the capability to send SMS messages to users who do not use WhatsApp. This would allow communication with a broader audience, especially those without WhatsApp installed or those who prefer not to use it. Benefits: Expands user reach beyond WhatsApp users. Ensures important messages are delivered regardless of messaging app preferences. Provides a fallback communication channel when WhatsApp is unavailable.
