Display Availability Windows as Background Shading on Calendar

Description:
Customers have requested that their availability windows, configured in their appointment settings, be visually represented on the calendar. This would enhance the calendar's usability by providing a clearer overview of when they are available to accept bookings.

Current Behaviour:
At present, diary exceptions are displayed as items on the calendar. However, availability windows are not visually indicated, leaving users to cross-reference between appointment settings and the calendar view.

Proposed Solution:
We propose implementing availability windows as background shading on the calendar. This would give users a clear and visual indication of their availability without cluttering the interface.
