Diary and email options

Please can you consider the option for it to be optional to send an email to a patient every time a patient is booked in the diary. I need a system where I can easily change appointments. I don’t want an email going to a patient while I’m organising appointments. Maybe a tick box so it’s optional for an email to go?

We work in the community, so logistics etc changes as new patients need booking in.

I really need a system that allows for this. I hope you can help.

Too many appointments change for patients to be receiving emails for every diary change.
