Cross-clinic travel-time buffer / booking dependency between clinics

Description: A practitioner working across multiple clinic locations needs the system to prevent back-to-back bookings at different clinics when there isn't enough travel time between them - but would like to keep appointment rules open for both clinics e.g. 8am-5pm.

Currently, appointment gaps only apply per appointment type within a single clinic - there's no way to create a dependency so that a booking at Clinic A automatically blocks bookings at Clinic B (or vice versa) for a set buffer period.

Use case: A clinician with two clinics ~30 minutes apart wanted to ensure that if he was booked at Clinic A, no one could book him at Clinic B within the same or following hour, since he wouldn't have time to travel between sites. Existing workarounds (appointment-type gaps or manually blocking "travel time" exceptions per clinic) are manual.
