Conflict Avoidance Feature

Would it be possible for RG to flag up if there is more than one booking on a particular date and time (even if for different practitioners)?

We only have one treatment room, but shared between five physio’s. And in our first week of using RG we’ve had a number of double bookings because bookings were made in the wrong physio’s name and so the room appeared open when someone new booked in online. Is there a possibility that single-venue clinics could have a system that flags up double bookings in this situation?
