Changing title of notes

Hiya,
I was curious if there was a way to change the title of the notes we take? The title is automatically saved as the title of the template used. I tend to see patients who are with me for 6-12 weeks and being able to refer back to a certain week, keep track of the stage of the program they are in and if wound issue pop up I can refer back to the correct note easily. I still want to be able to use the template while having the option to change the title of the note.
