Hi team, I’d like to request a new setting to prevent clients rescheduling their own appointments within a set window (for example, 48 hours) of the appointment time.
At the moment, clients can use the reschedule link in confirmation and reminder emails to move appointments themselves, which can leave last-minute gaps that are hard to fill.
I understand lead time only affects when someone can book a new appointment, not when they can reschedule an existing one, so this would be a separate control.
