Allow clients to book individual sessions in block classes

Currently, you can manually book clients into individual class bookings within a block class. But, clients are unable to do this through the portal. It would be good to allow clients to book an individual date/time through the portal within the block class bookings. This also makes it easier to open multiple dates of a booking type where multiple clients can book in at the same time.
