Additional Mandatory Booking Fields & Client Acknowledgements

It would be extremely useful to have the option to add custom mandatory fields and acknowledgements within the booking portal, particularly for mobile practitioners.

Examples of helpful fields:

  • Client address (required for mobile appointments)

  • Confirmation that the client is within the service radius

  • Preferred parking or access notes (optional)

Examples of acknowledgements (tick-to-accept before booking):

  • “I confirm my address is within the practitioner’s service area”

  • “I understand this is a mobile appointment”

  • “I acknowledge that any promotions or discounts are applied in person, not at checkout”

  • “I confirm the appointment type I have selected is appropriate for my needs”

It would also be very helpful if the responses to these fields and acknowledgements could be:

  • Displayed clearly in the booking confirmation email sent to the therapist

  • Viewable within the appointment details inside Rehab Guru

This would significantly reduce back-and-forth communication, prevent booking errors, and save time for both clients and practitioners, especially those offering mobile services.
